Couples:

Welcome.

If you’re here, chances are something in your relationship doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe communication has broken down. Intimacy feels distant or strained. Or perhaps old patterns keep repeating, leaving you both feeling unseen, unheard, or disconnected.

I support couples and individuals who are ready to reconnect—physically, emotionally, and relationally—by guiding them through the deeper work of vulnerability, communication, sexual connection, and boundaries.

Individuals:

At times our partners are not prepared or wanting to come into sessions. It is possible and powerful to work on your side of the equation and see incredible impact. Perhaps you are single but are craving a relationship that will lead you to intimacy and aren’t sure of the road forward.  You don’t have to be IN a couple to work on your relational skills and sexuality either. Setting up individual sessions can be a deeply helpful and awakening experience either to prepare for intimate partnership or provoke shifts in your current bond.

What I offer:

My work integrates Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a powerful and direct approach to relationship coaching developed by Terry Real, with the additional lens of sex coaching and erotic identity work to help couples:

  • Communicate with honesty, empathy, and clarity

  • Rebuild trust and emotional safety

  • Understand their sexual desires and nature

  • Understand and express needs and limits without shame or blame

  • Break cycles of resentment, avoidance, or conflict

You’ll be challenged to take responsibility and to stand up for your needs. This work invites both partners to grow in real-time, not just talk about change.

We focus on:

  • Breaking out of power struggles, shame cycles, or shutdowns

  • Relearning how to speak with your partner, not at them

  • Practicing new ways of showing up: relational, vulnerable, and real

  • Creating a dynamic of mutual empowerment—not competition or collapse

Loving With Eyes Wide Open

Intimacy thrives not when we avoid discomfort, but when we face it with courage, accountability, and compassion. This approach invites both partners to take an honest look at how their relational patterns — often rooted in early life or past experiences — are impacting the relationship.

In sessions, we will:

  • Identify power imbalances or relational stances

  • Uncover the roles you each play in the dynamic

  • Practice relational skills: listening deeply, speaking vulnerably, repairing ruptures

  • Learn how to be fierce and loving at the same time

Sex Coaching & Intimacy Work

Sex is not just about performance or technique—it’s about presence, trust, and connection. Whether you’re navigating mismatched desire, lack of sexual confidence or desire, shame, or simply feeling “stuck,” I create a safe, knowledgeable space to explore and reimagine your intimate life.

You will learn how to:

  • Communicate your desires, limits, and fantasies

  • Understand the emotional blocks that affect your sexual connection

  • Rebuild physical intimacy after conflict, betrayal, or long dry spells

  • Move from obligation or avoidance to authentic, consensual pleasure

Boundaries: Loving without losing yourself

Boundaries are not walls — they are bridges. They help us show up with clarity, self-respect, and empathy. In this work, you’ll each learn how to:

  • Speak your limits clearly without guilt or fear—and hear your partner’s without defensiveness

  • Identify where you’ve abandoned yourself for connection

  • Recognize the difference between control and care

  • Create agreements that support safety, freedom, and mutual respect

  • Replace resentment with clear, empowered choiceWhen boundaries are respected, love becomes a conscious act.

What’s Possible in This Work

This isn’t surface-level advice. This is deep, practical transformation. Together, we’ll:

  • Turn conflict into connection by learning to communicate with clarity and care

  • Rebuild emotional and sexual trust, even after years of distance or hurt

  • Reconnect with your own desires and learn to share them openly

  • Set and honour boundaries that support safety, self-respect, and freedom

  • Heal patterns from the past that keep showing up in the present

This is about more than fixing problems—it’s about building a relationship that feels alive, intentional, and worth choosing every day.
